Legit read all but would reread. Except the last one for sure since I'm currently reading most should be completed. So i just finished reading the novel because I couldn't sit and wait for manhua update at the end. So there's the whole story
I started reading from Ch 40 after all that torture scene and all.
So while Song Liqing family was locked in jail and SLQ was tortured and left. The emperor woke up from coma when he learned about what Jun Qing did he slapped him for the first time (should've been done way more earlier)
JQ ego was hurt but when he learned the true that SLQ didn't poison the emperor he himself went to pick up SLQ from prison.
SLQ decided to completely give up on JQ here. When he started acting little distant from JQ his ego was hurt. For few days they both lived together JQ thought SLQ forgave him by his half assed efforts. Mf. When he went to court SLQ burned everything that was related to him even the pen and paper and went to court. Everyone thought it was getting better between them so no one could belive that SLQ asked for divorce.
JQ is pretty short tempted so he thought SLQ will definitely regret it and soon come back to him. So in moment of arrogance he agreed. SLQ left and went to his father song home.
He reminded me so much of that uke from semantic error. It's so funny I'M CRYING!!!!

And of course the recent chapter ends with yet another potential drama. At this point, I think the story is only capable of handling this one of two ways (that are basically the same thing anyway.
1) A fake out drama. New guy gets in the way of Hayato and Jin bur turns out to be generally harmless and actually wishes them the best
2) Actual drama tha inevitably is resolved fairly quickly say that really just resets us to the status quo.
45 chapters in, I REALLY dont see this story giving its characters consequential development. Maybe I'm just jaded.
about the new villain idk she weird looking - not to my taste - the redhead bowing to her looked better. but she a top 10 ranker so i guess this time around, the dadies gonna battle together ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ but what i loved, was how matter of fact that convo was where Pluton informed them that he was ordered to kill Kayden - they all so mature (when they really not that mature) ╮(￣▽￣)╭ love this webtoon
I just love how both are so into it, it's so much better to see consent and both enjoying it than another rape type story.

I am sick and tired of those "I hate everyone but you", " I can fix him" trope. Like almost every single webtoon has a ML like that. So it's really nice to see the guy who has been supporting Baram since day 1 gets to end up with her.
Her relationship with SY wasn’t too sudden imo. And I think a lot of people missed why Baram decided to date SY. It's because she is much more happy when she is with him (Author hinted this with hee makeup faceplants that are always happy when it’s with SY but always unhappy when it’s SJ)
it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t good. mc is nawt the smartest but to his defense he was drugged, but after he came up w the conclusion it wasn’t the prince’s kid after so many obvious clue. bro is dumb as hell. ml hated him.
