Artists out there that come on this site I challenge you to make an isekai BL thats badass as Solo leveling, make the mc a hunter mage in love with a hunter who wields a great sword and as they fall in love they find out the monsters and gates coming to their world comes from a crazed god who is seeking to terraform their planet into its domain. So they fight back against that god only to realize a plot twist. They all have divine sparks of that god in them so that god will always come back no matter how many times they destroy him. Lets add a fantastic Gnosticism twist to the story too and make it so good it makes all the straight ppl mad lol

Back in my younger days I read a lot more variety of stuff, but lately all I read is BL.
It’s not that I’m getting tired of it or anything, only that I’d like to have other topics of conversations. Usually I don’t bring up I like
BL unless it needs to be said.
I’m used to be ok with shonen, but after Bleach and Naruto ended, I I haven’t really seemed too interested in picking up any other “big” ones.
I have JJK in my back burner, but that’s about it. As much as I enjoyed AoT, I haven’t watched the final season or read the manga (didn’t care for the ending).
The only non-bl series I’ve read somewhat lately that I truly enjoyed was The King’s Avatar.
I’m tried Solo Leveling and I can see why people like it, I just couldn’t really get myself to like it.
I’ve been eyeing Omnicient Reader’s Viewpoint. Have heard good things about it.
I guess it comes down to this.
Any recommendations where there is no romance, or if there is romance the characters are not annoying about? Or if it happens, it doesn’t become the whole character’s personality?

If you want to try out some adrenaline inducing fighting type of story I would probably recommend
-lookism: really really good but maybe hard to get into of your new to this genre since it has a lot of chapters.. but if youre used to reading a lot of chapters I would say give this one a chance!
- how not to die: it's really good and a hidden gem. It starts of kind of cringey imo bit this gets resolved by chapter 10, but the story turns hella good if you keep reading and the last few chapters are really good as well.
- how to fight: really really fk good also, with this one you need to get used to it a bit, since you have a lot of second hand embarrassment in the beginning. But don't let it turn you off, as you read more and more chapters it gets better and better and it's really good

I recommend Debut or Die it has no romance at all this series has a strong grip on me there’s a novel and manhwa both are amazing it gets pretty intense sometimes though so be careful
Even after all these years I still haven’t found a shojo “romance” protagonist like Kiri. She’s my absolute favorite. So unfazed about everything, including her feelings. Even Haruhi couldn’t remain completely unfazed once she discovered her feelings for Tamaki.

can be a great tool to STUDY since we know for sure it's pretty to look at but it's shit since it steals from other artist.
I honestly don't know, it's bad since it takes artists work without permission and people are less likely to commission artists, but on the other hand ai art looks pretty darn good sometimes (saying as an artist myself)
